Refund & Warranty Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. That's why we offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.

What's covered? If your product arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or replacement.

How to request a return:

  1. Email us at mila.store.us@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and, if the product arrived damaged or defective, photos or a video of the issue.
  3. We'll confirm next steps (refund, replacement, or return instructions) within 2-3 business days.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging, unless it arrived defective.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product arrived defective or incorrect, in which case Maison Mila covers the cost.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and confirm the returned item.

Exceptions: We do not accept returns due to change of mind after 30 days, or for products damaged through misuse.
